How to Apply Dipd Nails
Before you begin:
Powders may settle or become dense sitting overtime & can create uneven dipping results. For seamless dipping, loosen powders by shaking jars while closed or stir with a clean utensil prior to use.
Clean Hands thoroughly with soap and water, dry well. Cut, shape, and buff your nails, push back your cuticles. Apply primer.
Apply a thin coat of the top and base coat to the entire nail surface.
Note:Avoid getting the product onto your cuticles. Powder will stick wherever the base layer is applied.
Dip finger into the powder immediately, coating the entire nail bed, tap side of finger to remove loose powder.
Step 4: Brush off excess powder with your brush, avoid pressing on the nail.

Note: Make sure on your additional layers you brush the base coat on very lightly not to damage your previous layer.

Apply Activator liquid and allow nails to dry.
Note: Very gently apply the activator on to your nail, coating everywhere, don’t apply any pressure as you may indent the powder.
Once the activator is dry use your nail file to shape your nail, Use your buffing blocks to buff down and smooth the nail.
Apply one more coat of activator after you have finished buffing. Wash your hands in water only, dry thoroughly.
Apply top and base coat and cuticle oil.
Note: You can add additional layers of top coat as you desire.
Once your top coat has completely dried apply some cuticle oil around your cuticles.

NOTE: We recommend after you have completed your nails you give your 2-in-1 and activator brushes a good clean in our Dipd Brush Saver to maintain soft and clean brushes during applications. (The Dipd Brush Saver is not included in the Dipd Starter Kit, it can be purchased additionally online).
